This project involves the analysis of urinary and plasma metabolomic profiles in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy, type 2 diabetes, and healthy controls. Untargeted metabolomics using LC-MS/MS and targeted quantification were applied to investigate metabolic alterations associated with diabetic kidney disease. The project aims to explore disease-related metabolic pathways and identify potential urinary biomarkers for the progression of diabetic nephropathy.
