This study aims to investigate alterations in the metabolite profiles of biofluid samples following both single and repeated administrations of dapagliflozin in healthy Korean subjects. A total of 24 participants were enrolled, and 22 completed the 5-day regimen of 10 mg/day of dapagliflozin. Biofluid samples were collected at baseline, after a single dose, and after multiple doses, and analyzed using ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry (UHPLC-Q-TOF/MS).
