Construction protocol
|
RNA sequencing libraries were prepared using the Truseq Stranded mRNA Prep kit according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Total RNA was reverse transcribed into strand-specific cDNA, adapters were ligated, and libraries were amplified by PCR to generate sequencing-ready libraries. Libraries were sequenced on the Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform following standard protocols.
