Pseudomonas gessardii NIBRBAC000509957 whole genome sequence

Project description
|
In the project titled 'Research on the Production of High Value-added Substances Derived from Greenhouse Gases' conducted by the National Institute of Biological Resources, we carried out experiments in collaboration with Wonkwang University and Co-work, resulting in the manual isolation of microorganisms in Suncheon, Jeollabuk-do, Republic of Korea. Among various microorganisms, we isolated a microorganism that utilizes formic acid minimally, and through 16S rRNA analysis, identified it as Pseudomonas gessardii species. It was registered with KACC and named Pseudomonas gessardii NIBRBAC000509957. For further experiments, we conducted genome sequencing and obtained the data.
