Naturally occurring nucleotide sequences from organisms
Organism
-
MAG (Metagenome Assembly Genome)
It is highly recommended to submit the unassembled reads to the Korea Sequence Read Archive (KRA) before starting the MAG submission. Then, submit a computationally assembled culture-independent genome that represents a community of microorganisms.
-
TSA (Transcriptome shotgun assembly)
It is highly recommended to submit the unassembled reads to the Korea Sequence Read Archive (KRA) before starting the TSA submission. Then, submit computationally assembled transcribed RNA sequences that represent a transcriptome.
-
TLS (Targeted locus study)
This targeted sequencing project focuses on one or more targeted loci from multiple organisms or multiple conserved elements derived from a single organism. All sequences included in a single TLS submission are associated with one BioProject and linked to BioSamples for each isolation source in the submission.
-
Prokaryotic and Eukaryotic Genome
Prokaryotic and eukaryotic WGS (Whole Genome Shotgun) sequences include complete or incomplete genomes. Do not submit organelle genomes here unless as part of a genome assembly. If you are only submitting organelle genomes, or a viral genome, please submit them in “Nucleotide” option.
-
Nucleotide (Organelle, Plasmid, Virus, Phage, or other genomic features)
Submit nucleotide sequences from organelles, plasmids, viruses, phages, partial genomic DNA, ncRNA, mRNA coding regions, regulatory regions, and other related features.
