BioProject DescriptionIn this study, we aimed to elucidate changes in lipid metabolism associated with a diet-induced non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) model. Liver and serum samples were collected from mice subjected to each dietary condition, and targeted lipidomic analysis was performed to compare and characterize lipid metabolic profiles across the different diet models.
