추출 프로토콜
Six hundred microliters of each human plasma was transferred into 1.5 mL microcentrifuge tubes and centrifuged at 12,500 rpm for 10 min at 4 °C to obtain clear supernatant.
NMR 샘플 프로토콜
A total of 450 μL of supernatant was mixed with 150 μL of saline solution (0.9% (w/v) NaCl in D2O). Then, 600 μL of solution was transferred to a 5-mm NMR tube. NMR spectra of all the plasma samples were acquired on a Bruker AvanceIII HD 800 MHz FT-Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectrometer (Bruker BioSpin, Ettlingen, Germany) at 298 K using a 5 mm Triple-resonance Inverse (TCI) CryoProbe with Z-Gradients.
NMR 분광 프로토콜
One-dimensional (1D) NMR spectral data were obtained by using a standard Carr-Purcell-Meiboom-Gill (CPMG) pulse sequence using 64 free induction decays (FIDs), and 128 transients were collected into 64 K data points with a spectral width of 20 ppm.
