|
The aim of this project is to establish fluorescence core imaging center through centralizing optical instrumentations to the core facility. The center operates instrumentations including confocal microscopes, live cell imager, high-throughput high content imaging system, and flow cytometry and promotes development of imaging analysis tools by doing collaboration with imaging experts. The center continues to support excellent researches for the analysis of physiological change in a molecular and cellular level quantitatively using sophisticated imaging.

프로젝트의 국문 설명
|
형광신호를 기반으로 하는 주 장비와 보조 장비들을 집적화하는 형광코어 이미징 분석 센터를 설립하고, 세포와 실험동물 수준에서 생리적 변화를 이미징기법으로 분석하는 특화된 장비활용 센터로 육성하고자 함. 공동활용과 공동연구의 적절한 비율을 설정하고, 단독 및 소그룹 사용의 장비들을 집적 관리하여 교내 및 교외에 개방하여 활용율을 높이며, 형광코어 장비 분석기술에서 전문화된 연구그룹을 양성하고 이를 기반으로 공동연구 활성화하여 관련 분야에서 우수한 수준의 연구를 촉진함.
