KEA Functional genomics database

The Korean Expression Archive (KEA) is a public repository that stores functional genomics data from array- and sequencing-based experiments, including microarray, bulk RNA-seq, single-cell RNA-seq, spatial transcriptomics, and epigenomics. Studies submitted to KEA contain processed data and comprehensive metadata, including detailed sample annotations and experimental protocols, in compliance with MIAME and MINSEQE guidelines.
