|
This project aims to provide refined data from TOX-21 qHTS dataset. The TOX21 program is a joint research program by NTP, NCATS, EPA, NIEHS and FDA in the United States, and has test more than 70 bioassay with over 10,000 compounds using the qHTS (quantitativa high-throughput screening) approach. On the web site of the TOX21 program, we refine and provide published chemcial structures and bioactivity profiles in order to increase the usability and utility of datasets.

이 프로젝트는 TOX-21 qHTS 데이터 셋의 정제 데이터를 제공하는 것을 목표로 한다. TOX21 프로그램은 미국의 NTP, NCATS, EPA, NIEHS 와 FDA가 공동 연구로 추진하는 프로그램이며, 고속 대용량 검사 (qHTS: quantitativa high-throughput screening) 접근법을 사용하여 10,000 화합물을 70개 이상의 생물학적 활성평가를 수행하였다. TOX21 프로그램 웹사이트에서 제공되는 데이터셋의 사용 편의성을 높이기 위해 화학 구조와 생물 활성 프로파일을 정제하고 제공하고자 한다.
