Experimental Method
|
HEK293 HTLA 세포주(2x10^4/100 µl)를 96 well 플레이트에서 18시간 배양후, 10X 농도의 화합물 (100 µM stock)을 10 µl 처리하여 6시간 배양함. 그후, One-Glo (Promega)를 50 µl 넣고 2분간 shaking 하고 microplate reader기로 luminescence를 측정한다.
