The DNA extracted from Gut, Oral, Nasal and Virginal samples collected from cynomolgus and Rhesus Macaque monkeys. Amplification of full-16S rRNA gene was performed by PCR. Nanopore sequencing was conducted with the 16S barcoding kit (SQK-16S024, 27 F 5'-AGAGTTTGATCCTGGCTCAG-3' y 1492 R 5' GGTTACCTTGTTACGACTT-76&').
