N-terminal peptide enrichment result of HeLa cell line which were treated with DMSO, MG132, or combinational treatment of MG132 and thapsigargin. N-terminal peptides were obtained using iNrich, an N-terminal peptide enrichment method. Biological duplicates of samples were prefractionated through bRPLC fractionation and acquired mass spectra raw files using LC-MS/MS. Perturbations of N-terminal peptides and N-terminal specific modifications during unfolded protein reaction (UPR), which was induced by MG132 and thapsigargin, were monitored.
