Using the immuno-precipitation strategy, the interacting proteins with a E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase MARCHF2 were identified. For this, HA motif was tagged to the E3 ligase. As the interactome with that protein, ALK5 protein was identified. And the ubiquitination sites at ALK5 were identified baed on LC-MS/MS analysis.
