This study aims to develop antisense oligonucleotide (ASO) therapeutics tailored to diverse mutation-driven cancers by integrating them into externally triggered, stimuli-responsive drug-delivery systems. To this end, we designed and synthesized customized RNA therapeutics targeting KRAS G12D, HDAC6, RNF220, CARM1, and related genes.
