프로젝트의 영문 제목
Development of novel mRNA vaccine platform
프로젝트의 영문 설명
This project aimed to establish a novel mRNA vaccine platform to prepare for emerging and re-emerging viral diseases. Cap-dependent and circular mRNA platforms were developed and validated using reporter genes and vaccine antigens such as influenza HA and Disease X. In addition, an AI-based mRNA design platform was constructed, and LNP formulations were optimized to enhance expression and immune responses. The mRNA sequences generated through this project can serve as potential vaccine candidates for infectious disease preparedness and contribute to securing an independent national mRNA vaccine technology platform.
