Hematological analysis of immunomodulated non-human primate models

면역조절 영장류 모델의 혈액학적(헤마톨로지) 분석

This study aims to provide proactive preparedness for nationally significant emerging and re-emerging infectious diseases by developing and refining nonhuman primate infection models that can be directly utilized by academia, industry, and research institutes. Under immunomodulated conditions, hematological indicators will be systematically collected and analyzed to establish a standardized dataset. The resulting outputs are expected to support collaborative research and technology transfer, including vaccine and therapeutic evaluation as well as immunotoxicity and immunosafety readouts.

본 연구는 국가 재난형 신·변종 감염병에 선제 대응하기 위해, 산·학·연에서 직접 활용 가능한 영장류 감염모델을 개발·고도화하고, 면역조절 조건에서의 혈액학적(헤마톨로지) 지표를 체계적으로 수집·분석하여 표준화된 데이터셋으로 구축한다. 본 연구 결과는 향후 백신, 치료제 평가, 면역독성, 면역 안전성 판독 등 공동연구와 기술이전에 활용 가능할 것으로 여겨진다.
