Project description
|
This study developed a non-culture molecular diagnostic method for species identification and rapid diagnosis of azole-resistance in invasive aspergillosis with a high mortality rate, and evaluated the clinical utility of the developed diagnostic method. Using this, we intend to lay the foundation for overcoming intractable diseases by presenting a clinically standardized diagnostic protocol.
