Based on the genomic data for the cancer samples from the digestive system collected on the hospital cluster, the colon cancer-specific genome and epigenetic biomarkers are found through machine learning analysis linked with clinical information and finally integrated into the colon precision medical marker. Develop The discovered precision medical biomarkers undergo technical verification to verify their clinical utility in tissues and blood. Ultimately, they aim to commercialize a precision medical diagnostic panel and analysis platform for colorectal cancer diagnosis/prognosis/treatment prediction.
