This project includes single-cell transcriptomic data generated to investigate how primary cilia dysfunction influences hepatic stellate cell (HSC)-hepatocyte interactions. The data comprise single-cell RNA sequencing of LX-2 hepatic stellate cells and HepG2 hepatocytes cultured either individually or in co-culture under vehicle or Ciliobrevin D treatment.
