Breast cancer is histologically classified into 4 subtypes; Luminal A, Luminal B, Her2, Basal - like. However, some tumors are histologically ambiguous and other pathophysiological features or microenvironmental factors may be more prominent. Furthermore, Triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) subtype which has bad prognosis and highly heterogenous is increasing in modern era. In this study, we conducted integrative multiomics analyses using data for 350 patients from a Korean BRCA cohort. We upload the Whole exome, Transcriptome, Global proteome, Phospho proteome, Acetylome of Korean BRCA sample.
