Illumina HiSeq 2000 paired sequencing of Methanobrevibacter smithii KB03 (DRX857005)

Methanobrevibacter smithii is a representative methanogenic archaeon found in the human gut. This BioProject aims to provide the raw genome sequencing data of the KB03 strain, which was isolated from the feces of a healthy middle-aged Korean male, using the Illumina HiSeq 2000 platform. Although it was originally intended to be part of the KAP241464 project, it has been registered as a separate BioProject due to the time required for verifying strain isolation information.
